Main tasks:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic / creative design.
• Sufficient knowledge of Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma; After Effects.
• Experience creating visuals for social networks and advertising campaigns, understanding how design affects performance (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
• Ability to generate strong, non-standard ideas for marketing creatives.
• Good sense of typography, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work with text in design: headings, accents, readability, adaptation to formats.
• Practical experience in using AI tools (Midjourney, Freepik AI, Krea, etc.).

Requirements:

• Experience working with a brand: following brand guidelines and development visual system.
• Understanding the preparation of layouts for printing.

Will be a plus:

• experience in MilTech\Defens will be a priority
• Understanding the specifics of work with B2B, B2C, B2G
