Recruiter in Tufishop

TUFISHOP is a professional cosmetics space for beauty specialists with an assortment of more than 70,000 products. We work online and offline in Kyiv and other cities of Ukraine. For over 15 years we have been developing the business, team and service for beauty industry professionals.

We are currently looking for a Recruiter to help find talent, conduct interviews and support internal HR processes, influencing the development of the team and business.

• Experience in recruiting or HR (or a strong motivation to learn)
• Proficient in Ukrainian, leadership skills dialogue
• Confident command of office tools
• Responsibility, systematicity and friendliness

Responsibilities:

• Selecting people for the team: searching, communicating with candidates, conducting interviews and accompanying them to work
• Adaptation of new employees: support at the start and help with integration into the team
• Working with a team: 1:1 meetings, feedback, support of motivation and involvement
• Probation support, participation in certifications and employee development
• Maintaining a healthy atmosphere, open communication and trust in the team
• Partnering with managers in issues of working with people and processes
