Main tasks:

1. Recruitment of personnel for cleaning projects (conducting interviews, entering
information into the database);
2. Closing of vacancies within the prescribed period;
3. Compilation and placement of vacancies on job sites, work with reviews;
4. Resume processing;
5. Conducting phone interviews with candidates;
6. Interaction with employees of the project implementation department on the following issues:
•up-to-date information on projects for directing employees to the facility;
• transfer of necessary documents of employees for registration/exit for
change;
• data administration in automated systems;
7. Recruitment reporting
