We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with knowledge of the English language to join the Uvoteam team! We welcome applicants from any part of Ukraine, as well as Ukrainians living abroad.
Uvoteam is a product IT company. In addition to supporting core EdTech products, we also test and bring new projects to market. Our services help English-speaking students from all over the world.
What you will do:
- Communicate with English-speaking customers via chat, phone, via CRM;
- Check orders in our admin system;
- Process requests;
- Perform additional customer support tasks that may arise during work.
Schedule:
We work in shifts, on average 4-5 shifts per week. We have three types of shifts:
- Morning: 06:00-15:00
- Daytime: 15:00-22:00
- Night: 22:00-06:00
It is important to be able to work all types of shifts.
Our expectations:
- English at level B2 and above (both oral and written);
- Ukrainian level B2 and above;
- Ability to quickly switch between tasks;
- Professional communication skills;
- Punctuality and responsibility;
- Access to stable Internet;
- Ability to work all kinds of changes.
