Your responsibilities
- Full support of candidates at all stages of recruitment: from the first contact to acceptance of the offer and exit for work
- Active search and recruitment: publication of vacancies, feedback processing, sourcing and work with cold contacts
- Attracting candidates through various traditional and modern channels
- Analyzing the effectiveness of recruiting processes and hiring channels
- Implementation of new tools and approaches to improve the quality and speed of hiring
Professional requirements
- 2 years of experience in recruiting agencies
- Confident use of CRM and ATS-systems, Google Workspace, recruiting tools
- Developed analytical thinking and strong communication skills skills
of intelligence- Leadership qualities and willingness to take responsibility
- Systemic thinking and the ability to see relationships between HR processes
- Orientation on company development through a strong team
