Recruiter in Join.To.IT

We are looking for a recruiter who knows how to work with the full recruitment cycle, thinks systematically and wants to influence the development of the company through people. If you are close to a proactive position, analytics and work with various engagement channels - we will be glad to meet you.

Your responsibilities

• Full support of candidates at all stages of recruitment: from the first contact to acceptance of the offer and exit for work
• Active search and recruitment: publication of vacancies, feedback processing, sourcing and work with cold contacts
• Attracting candidates through various traditional and modern channels
• Analyzing the effectiveness of recruiting processes and hiring channels
• Implementation of new tools and approaches to improve the quality and speed of hiring

Professional requirements

• 2 years of experience in recruiting agencies
• Confident use of CRM and ATS-systems, Google Workspace, recruiting tools
• Developed analytical thinking and strong communication skills skills
of intelligence
• Leadership qualities and willingness to take responsibility
• Systemic thinking and the ability to see relationships between HR processes
• Orientation on company development through a strong team
