We create projects that people like and solve the problems of our clients in the areas of BTL, Event, Trade Marketing and Digital style="font-weight: 400">And we have been doing it for 21 years!

We are currently looking for a talented Recruiter to join our team.

       What will be included in your responsibilities:

• Close the planned number of vacancies every month
• Create copy and publish vacancies on job search sites (Work.ua, Robota.ua) and other resources (Meta, Facebook, Instagram)
• Maintain candidate database
• Conduct offline and online interviews
• Constantly develop and update scripts for phone interviews, email messages, offline interviews and other supporting recruiting tools.
• Ensure all necessary activities for the successful onboarding of new employees
• Participate in project meetings (online and offline)
• Provide a weekly report based on the results of the work performed
• Do monthly analytics to improve performance indicators
  
  
  You suit us if you have:

• 2 years of work experience in a similar position (in event agencies, web studios, agencies internet marketing)

• Experience in non-digital media (radio, TV, OOH)

• Understanding basic HR indicators

• Knowledge of basic recruiting tools and ability to work with Microsoft Excel, Power Point

• Resistance to stress and self-confidence

• Negotiation skills and handling objections

• Ability to conduct online and offline interviews

• Analytical mindset

• Ability to multitask
