Your Responsibilities

• Search, engage and engage with candidates for project positions.

• Conduct pre-interviews and assess candidate suitability.

• Maintain contact with candidates and internal teams.

• Creation and management of a database of qualified consultants.

• Proposal support and assistance in concluding agreements with candidates.

Requirements

• Experience as a recruiter or talent search specialist.

• Experience with project-based hiring or by freelancers

• English (spoken and written)

• Strong communication, organizational and relationship building skills

• Comfort to work remotely and independently
