• recruiting experience from 1 year
• work with various vacancies (sales, logistics, administrative roles, etc.)
• knowledge of modern recruitment channels (job-sites, social networks, Telegram)
• fluency in the Ukrainian language
• structure, responsibility and ability to work with CRM

What you will need to do:

• the full recruitment cycle - from the application to the exit of the candidate
• searching and attracting candidates through various channels
• conducting telephone and online interviews
• assessment of professional and personal competences
• interaction with the manager regarding the selection
• support of candidates during the adaptation
• conduct of the exit interview communication
• managing the candidate database and recruiting funnel in CRM
