Personnel administration specialist in UNIQA, Strahova kompaniya

The insurance company UNIQA - the leader of the insurance market of Ukraine, which is part of the Austrian UNIQA Insurance Group, one of the largest insurance groups in Europe, invites to its team a Specialist of the personnel administration department (for project work with the possibility of further employment)

What you need to do:

1. Organization of personal files of employees

• audit of completeness and relevance of documents;
• printing and preparation of missing documents;
• organization of signing documents with employees;
• formation and attachment of documents to personal files.

2. Digitization of work books for transmission to the PFU

• audit of labor activity records;
• scanning of work books;
• preparation of electronic files in accordance with the requirements of the PFU.

3. Preparation of personnel documents for transfer to the archive

• ordering and preparation of files for submission to the archive;
• formation of descriptions.

4. Audit of job instructions

• analysis of the availability of job instructions;
• preparation of draft orders for their approval.

5. Preparation of other personnel documents (if necessary)

• participation in daily personnel processes;
• performance of one-time HR tasks.

Requirements for the candidate:

• experience in personnel administration of 1 year;
• knowledge of labor legislation;
• attention to details and responsibility;
• ability to work with large volumes of personnel documents;
• confident use of office programs and scanning equipment.
