Recruiter / HR manager

(Modna Belizna chain of retail stores)

We are an actively growing network of women's lingerie stores Modna Belizna
and we are looking for a recruiter who knows how to quickly close vacancies and loves results.

What will you be? to do:

• Full recruitment cycle:
  sales consultants, curators, warehouse, office positions

• Mass selection for a retail network (30+ stores)

• Posting vacancies (OLX, Work.ua, social networks)

• Initial interviews, selection of candidates

• Communication with store managers and the office

• Formation of the personnel reserve

• Controlling the exit of candidates for work

Our ideal candidate:

• Experience in recruiting from 1 year (mass selection is a big plus)

• Skills quickly close vacancies

• Systematic, responsible, effective

• Competent verbal and written communication

• Experience in retail will be an advantage
