Glacier Premium Apartmentsthis is a new premium segment hotel in the heart of Bukovel, with a stylish and thoughtful design down to the smallest detail. We are forming a large team of high-class specialists, and we are currently looking for a Recruiter

Main functional duties:

• Searching for personnel based on a recruitment application;
• Conducting initial interviews with candidates;
• Formation and maintenance of a database of promising candidates for future vacancies;
• Presentation of final candidates to the customer, receiving feedback.
• Reporting.

Requirements for our candidate:

• Experience in a relevant position from the 1st year (experience in HORECA is welcome).
• Higher education.
• Communication, stress resistance and the ability to work in high-task conditions.
• Proficient knowledge of PC and office programs: MS Word, Excel, software.
• Analytical abilities.
• Understanding modern trends, conditions and difficulties in finding personnel, knowledge of recruitment methods.
• High leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Competent Ukrainian pronunciation and writing.

We offer:

• Permanent work in a premium segment hotel.
• Wage rate 25,000 UAH. + KPI 500 for each closed vacancy.
• We provide housing and three meals a day.
• Official employment in accordance with the law.
• Work schedule: 5/2 from 9-00 to 18-00.
