Responsibilities:

  • Work with the HRM system: enter and update employee data, ensure that all data is correct and up-to-date;
  • Implement, support and improve the main HR practices in the company: onboarding, retention, training, performance management & evaluation, offboarding, events;
  • Build and maintain trust and partnership relationships with every employee of the company;
  • Act as a coach and help find the best solutions at the intersection of employee and business interests;
  • Participate in HR initiatives and implement them;
  • Evaluate ideas/projects from the point of view of HR opportunities and risks;
  • Organize diverse events.

 Requirements:

  • Experience in HR from 2 years;
  • Experience in IT will be a plus;
  • Successful experience in building/optimizing/adapting HR processes (onboarding, performance management, training and development, C&B);
  • Experience in organizing off/online educational and entertainment events character;
  • Flexibility and quick adaptation to changes;
  • Developed empathy;
  • Planning and organization at a high level;
  • Orientation to business needs;
  • Communicative, inquisitive and proactive;
  • Organized, independence.
