Recruiter in Military Tech

We are a Ukrainian engineering company specializing in the development and production of modern radio electronic systems. Our solutions are changing modern defense and have a real impact on the security of the country. Our team works quickly, systematically and focused on the result.

We are looking for a recruiter who will help to effectively close both production roles and operational and administrative positions. The HR/recruiting team in the company is just being created, this is an opportunity to get involved at the very beginning, and create value right here and now.

Tasks:

• Working with hiring managers on job applications;
• Full candidate search cycle, profile: production specialties are as follows as engineers, electricians, production manager, and operational roles — lawyers, administrators, etc.;
• Candidate selection and their preliminary assessment;
• Facilitation of interviews;
• Job offer negotiations;
• Monitoring the effectiveness of search channels;
• Assist in the onboarding of new employees.

Expectations:

• Experience as a recruiter from 2 years;
• Interest in doing quality recruiting;
• Understanding the specifics of defense/military tech;
• Ability to write a search strategy for an open vacancy;
• Experience with direct search, attracting recommendations;
• Ability to search for candidates by skills, not by position.
