Responsibilities
- Respond to user requests in the chat and ticket system
- Help with technical and operational issues
- Escalate complex cases to technical specialists
- Control the quality and speed of resolving requests
- Work in a dynamic iGaming project environment
Requirements
- English at B2
- Willingness to learn and develop in the field of Customer Support / iGaming
- Attention, responsibility, quick response
- Willingness to work on a 2/2/2 schedule
- Experience is preferred but not required
Working conditions
- 2/2/2 schedule
- Day shift: 08:00-20:00
- Night shift: 20:00-08:00
- After each shift - 2 days off
- Work in a modern office
- Salary - rate 33,000 UAH, for candidates with work experience + English. - rate 38,000 UAH.
