Master Service
Master Service is an international company in the automotive industry that has been repairing units, developing a network of service stations and creating its own special equipment since 1998. We are growing and expanding the HR team - we invite a Recruiter who loves people, drive, a fast pace of work and quality selection.
What you will do:
Lead the full cycle of recruiting: from application manager until the candidate leaves.
Select personnel for the service station, warehouse, logistics, office and production areas.
Work with the incoming flow of candidates and actively search for specialists (Telegram, social networks, databases, references).
Conduct telephone screenings and interviews.
Communicate with managers, create job profiles and understand real needs.
Accompany the candidate at all stages until starting the job.
Update candidate statuses in the CRM/HRM system.
Participation in internal HR projects (adaptation, employer brand, onboarding, etc.).
What we expect from you:
Experience as a recruiter from 1 year (preferably in mass, working or technical recruitment).
Ability to work with a large flow of vacancies.
Developed communication skills and the ability to find an approach to different people.
Willingness to quickly learn and adapt.
Willingness to work in a team and develop in the field of HR.
It will be an advantage:
Experience in the selection of technical specialists (auto mechanics, auto electrics, logistics, warehouse).
Knowledge of the labor market.
Experience in active sourcing in Telegram, Facebook, OLX.
A clear and transparent adaptation process.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00.
