Customer support specialist in Sobko.studio

First Ladies is a platform for uniting, supporting and developing Ukrainian women all over the world.

We are currently looking for a specialist to help support our platform (filling in content) and communicating with users (solving questions and problems).

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to users through various channels (chat, e-mail, telephone, messenger).
• Cooperation with platform users for quick and high-quality resolution of requests and technical problems.
• Advising users on registration, verification, platform settings, help in solving transaction issues.
• Filling of the platform on TK (entering daily tasks, publishing articles, creating communities, events).
• Writing instructions for users: creating and updating documentation for independent solutions to frequent problems.
• Interaction with the team to share knowledge and promptly solve complex issues.
• Documentation of customer requests: keeping detailed records of each request, recording decisions and comments for each case.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in support services.
• High level of communication skills and orientation to user.
• Basic technical skills to fill the platform (entering daily tasks, publishing articles, creating communities, events) or willingness to understand this functionality.
• Attention to details and the ability to systematically analyze data from multiple sources.
• Willingness for a flexible schedule and shifts in case of incidents.
