We are steadily developing and expanding the team, so we are looking for an experienced recruiter who will help us find the best specialists and maintain a professional level of recruitment.

YOU ARE OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IF:

  YOU WILL DO:

  • write job vacancies;

  400; text-decoration: none">post vacancies on various job sites;
  • text-decoration: none">conduct initial interviews with candidates and assess their suitability;

  • organize meetings of candidates with management;

  • maintain communication with candidates at all stages;

  • control the process of new employees;"> CRM system.

  
  

  HOW MUCH WILL YOU EARN IN OUR COMPANY:

  • first 2 months (trial period) - UAH 20,000 (if the candidate has up to 1 year of experience); 25,000 UAH (with more than 1 year of experience);

  • after the trial period - 25,000 UAH (20,000 rate + CRI for compliance with selection deadlines, keeping documentation and lack of turnover).

  
  

  WE OFFER:

  • stable schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00-17:00, as well as a hybrid work format: in the 1st week - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home; in the 2nd week - 2 days in the office and 3 at home;
