Main duties:

• Full cycle recruiting;
• Closing vacancies in production and administrative divisions (mass/point selection); 
• Communication with managers and clarifying requests;
• Updating and posting vacancies, conducting interviews; 
• Maintenance of database, reporting and participation in HR processes of the company

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment from 1 of the year;
• Ability to use various sources of search and recruitment;
• Strong communication skills;
• Independence, initiative, result orientation.
