Master Zoo is a national chain of pet stores that unites more than 200 stores in 38 cities of Ukraine. We develop a culture of responsible treatment of pets and help tails and their people find each other every day

We are currently looking for a recruiter to join the team who shares our love for people and wants to help build a strong Master Zoo team.

 What you will do:

• Lead the full recruitment cycle (from application to the candidate exiting team);

• Cooperate with department heads and help them find “their” people;

• Form a high-quality candidate base and work with HR analytics;

• Participate in HR projects: personnel reserve, adaptation, employer brand development.

• You have experience in recruiting (preferably mass selection, retail or service);

• You have modern search tools;

• You know how to build trusting communication with candidates;

• You love people, structure and results.
