We have already become too many for one HR, so we are looking for a People Partner in the client support department to strengthen the team and work in tandem.

Basic tasks:

• Work with the HRM system: enter and update employee data, ensure that all data is correct and up-to-date.
• Implement, support and improve the main HR practices in the company: onboarding, performance management & evaluation, offboarding.
• Build and maintain trust and partnership relations with every employee of the company.
• Participate in HR initiatives and implement them.
