What you need to do:

• forming a portrait of the ideal candidate together with the job seeker,
• creating and publishing interesting vacancies that will definitely attract attention necessary candidates,
• conduct interviews, assess competencies and help candidates to reveal themselves,
• coordinate interviews with managers and accompany candidates at all stages of selection,
• monitor labor market trends,
• maintain communication with the team and strengthen internal culture companies,
• don't limit yourself to resumes on job portals - look for "your people" in social networks, through recommendations and direct search.

Our ideal candidate:

• has experience in a direct search for candidates from 3 months (work with various search sources),
• can work simultaneously with several vacancies (5+),
• can organize his working day,
• has a workplace (laptop/PC, internet, light),
• lives in Kyiv or Kharkiv,
• ready for business trips.

It will be an advantage:

• experience in the selection of medical personnel,
• experience in searching for candidates on LinkedIn and the presence of an extensive network of contacts.
