In connection with the expansion of the staff, a RECRUITER position is open (work in the office)

WE are looking for a recruiting specialist, whose main tasks are:

• search, selection and hiring personnel for the company's production units (from the application to the offer);
• organization and conducting of interviews;
• interaction with department heads in matters of hiring specialists;
• organization and assistance in the adaptation of new employees;
• monitoring of the climate in the team, participation in the organization of corporate activities and events;
• participation in the company's HR projects.

What is important to us:

• higher education;
• experience in personnel selection from the 1st year;
• great desire to develop in the field personnel selection;
• willingness to work and study to achieve results;
• proactivity, initiative, flexibility, organization and communication;
• confident PC user.
