Your future tasks:

• Participation in the full cycle of recruiting accompanied by a more experienced colleague (description of vacancies, their publication, analysis of resumes, conducting interviews);
• Search for candidates through various channels and active sourcing;
• Communication with candidates at all stages of feedback;
• Maintaining the candidate funnel and updating data in internal systems;
• Participation in the formation personnel reserve;
• Timely closing of vacancies within the limits of your level of responsibility;
