- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates, preparing recommendations for managers.
- Supporting the process of hiring new employees.
- Managing reports and a candidate database.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:
- Higher education.
- Experience of 3 years in a similar position.
- Experience of 2 years of recruitment. technical staff and labor specialties - will be an advantage.
- Skills in conducting various interview formats and competency assessments.
- Proficiency in modern HR tools and search methods.
- Confident user of MS Office, online resources.
- Attention to details and the ability to work in multitasking conditions.
