Requirements:

• Experience in personnel selection from 1 year;
• Knowledge of modern recruiting methods;
• A confident user PC.

Responsibilities:

• Search for candidates (warehouse and office staff);
• Conduct telephone and personal interviews;
• Search for candidates through job sites, social networks, messengers;
• Documentation (admission, dismissal, transfer, sick leave, vacation) of employees;
• Support of the candidate for all stages: from the first call to the first working day;
• Formation of the candidate database, management of the personnel reserve.
