Main duties:

• Search and attract candidates through professional platforms (LinkedIn, Work.ua Work .ua ,  OLX  , etc.)
• Conducting initial selection (resume screening, telephone interviews). 
• Maintenance of candidate database in CRM/ATS. 
• Cooperation with department heads to clarify job requirements.
• Supporting candidates at all stages of hiring and supporting a positive candidate experience.
• Study of business tasks and cadneeds 
• Defining the profile of the ideal candidate. 
• Developing a search strategy
• Using professional platforms. 
• Active search for passive candidates.
• Presentation of the job and the company. 
• Building long-term relationships with potential specialists. 
• Cooperation with managers Coordination of vacancy requirements with department heads. Providing feedback on the labor market.
• Assessment of candidates
• Organization of technical interviews and test tasks. 
• Analysis of soft skills and cultural compatibility. 
• Support of the recruitment process, Coordination of interview stages. 
• Preparation of the offer. 
  
• Knowledge of modern candidate search tools.
• Basic understanding of the recruitment process. 
• Ability to communicate and persuade.
