What you will do:

• Conduct a full recruiting cycle — from application to adaptation

• Collaborate with hiring managers to create a job profile

• Create attractive job texts and post them on relevant platforms

• Conduct screenings, interviews, direct search and pitch candidates

• Support the process of offer, onboarding and adaptation of newcomers

• Report on vacancies and analytics
