What needs to be done?

• Search and selection of personnel: closing the need for personnel in the city;
• Using both standard and alternative sources of personnel search;
• Analysis of resumes and evaluation of potential candidates;
• Conducting telephone interviews and interviews;
• Organizing and conducting induction and adaptation training for new employees;
• Forming a personnel reserve;
• Providing quality and timely feedback to management.
