What you will do:

• Coordinating the work of recruitment agencies, monitoring results and collecting recruiting metrics.
• Full cycle of recruiting: search, selection and attraction of candidates through various channels.
• Analysis and optimization of recruitment processes, implementation of new recruiting tools.
• Support of candidates at all stages of recruitment: from the first contact to starting work.
• Onboarding of new employees and supporting their adaptation.
• Interaction with managers teams and participation in the development of HR processes and HR initiatives.

• Experience as an HR Generalist or HR manager in IT from 2 years.
• Practical experience in managing key HR processes: recruiting, onboarding, performance, employee relations.
