Main tasks
- Determining personnel needs together with the manager
- Compiling and publishing attractive vacancies.
- Searching for candidates through job portals, social networks, professional communities and recommendations
- Initial screening of resumes and conducting interviews
- Organization of interviews and support of candidates at all stages of selection
- Maintenance of candidate database (ATS)
- Formation of job-offers and participation in negotiations
- Support of adaptation of new employees in the first days of work
- Analysis of the effectiveness of search channels and implementation of new tools of recruiting
- Development of the employer brand and high-quality representation of the company on the market
Our wishes
- Experience in the field of recruiting from 2 years
- Experience of closing technical and engineering and construction vacancies (or education in related fields)
- Knowledge of modern candidate search tools (job portals, LinkedIn, social networks)
- Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
- Understanding HR processes and the labor market
- Ability to manage several vacancies at the same time
- Communication, empathy and the ability to find a common language with different people
- Organized, attention to details, time management skills
- High culture of communication and emotional intelligence
- The desire to develop and achieve ambitious goals (because the company has all the conditions for this)
