Main tasks

• Determining personnel needs together with the manager
• Compiling and publishing attractive vacancies.
• Searching for candidates through job portals, social networks, professional communities and recommendations
• Initial screening of resumes and conducting interviews
• Organization of interviews and support of candidates at all stages of selection
• Maintenance of candidate database (ATS)
• Formation of job-offers and participation in negotiations
• Support of adaptation of new employees in the first days of work
• Analysis of the effectiveness of search channels and implementation of new tools of recruiting
• Development of the employer brand and high-quality representation of the company on the market

Our wishes

• Experience in the field of recruiting from 2 years
• Experience of closing technical and engineering and construction vacancies (or education in related fields)
• Knowledge of modern candidate search tools (job portals, LinkedIn, social networks)
• Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
• Understanding HR processes and the labor market
• Ability to manage several vacancies at the same time
• Communication, empathy and the ability to find a common language with different people
• Organized, attention to details, time management skills
• High culture of communication and emotional intelligence
• The desire to develop and achieve ambitious goals (because the company has all the conditions for this)
