Recruiter in Rocket Recruiters

We are Rocket Recruiters, a recruiting agency that works with companies where speed, strategy and respect for people are not just words, but a way of working.

This vacancy is from our partners, a well-known logistics company (100+ people), which has been providing import and export of goods worldwide for almost 15 years: 10,000 deliveries per year, modern warehouses in the EU, a mobile tracker and its own fleet. And also an office with coffee, light and people who really value teamwork.

Now we are looking for a recruiter for them, who sees hiring as a strategic task, not just a stream of resumes.

Your tasks:

• Conduct the full recruiting cycle (from brief to offer).
• Compile candidate profiles, make job descriptions, place, conduct interviews.
• Conduct 3-5 vacancies at the same time (logistics, admin, sales, back office).
• HR-reporting, analyze the effectiveness of channels.
• Optimize the recruiting budget.
• Help in adaptation processes, in the personnel reserve program, etc.

We are looking for a person who:

• Has experience in recruiting from 2 years (logistics will be an additional plus, but we consider all areas).
• Knows how to work with job portals, LinkedIn, Telegram channels and in general with various boards.
• Understands recruiting analytics: funnel, conversion, channel efficiency.
• Has advanced soft skills: proactivity, responsibility, attention to details.

What we offer:

• Salary: UAH 50,000-60,000 (the rate depends on experience) + bonuses.
• Format: office in Kyiv (83A Ilyenka St.) is modern, with a generator and everything necessary for comfortable work. 
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00.
• Plus: mentoring, development, involvement in other HR processes, the opportunity to influence the brand.
• The company has the opportunity booking.

This is a position for a recruiter who can build a process. You will get both freedom and trust in the team - and a lot of logistical challenges, in a good way :)
