Therefore, we invite an Occupational Safety Engineer to join us and realize cool projects together.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the operation of the occupational health and safety management system (ISO 45001) and environmental management (ISO 14001).
• Interaction with state authorities structures on environmental issues and occupational health and safety, control over compliance with legislative requirements.
• Conducting introductory briefings on occupational health and safety issues, training and testing knowledge on occupational health and safety issues.
• Internal and external audits on environmental issues and occupational health and safety issues.
• Obtaining Permits (Permit for emissions into atmospheric air, Permit for high-risk works).
• Reporting (2-TP (air), 1-waste (annual), Waste Declaration, etc.), as well as preparation of corporate reporting.
• Calculation of environmental tax.
• Waste accounting. 
• Organization of the process of conducting preliminary and periodic medical examinations
• Organization of certification of workplaces according to working conditions and conducting research on sanitary and hygienic indicators of working conditions.
• Organization of expertise regarding the compliance of machines, mechanisms, equipment of increased danger with the requirements of legislation on labor protection and industrial safety.
• Participation in the assessment of workplace risks location, development and implementation of protective measures to reduce risk at workplaces.
• Preparation of corporate reporting (Management review, Carbon Disclosure Project report).

Requirements for the candidate:

• Desirable work experience in a similar position.
• Professional education.
• Knowledge and experience in implementing the ISO Standard 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Knowledge of environmental legislation and occupational health and safety (normative and methodical documents).
• Desired level of English is not lower than Pre-Intermediate.
• Confident PC user with MS Office, 1C.
• Meeting deadlines for tasks.
• Analytical and critical thinking.
• Ability to work with a large amount of information.
• Resistance to stress, the ability to achieve results under conditions of increased emotional load.
• Ability to work in a team and establish cooperation with other structural units.
• Certifications or additional courses in the field of occupational safety and ecology will be an advantage.
