What you will have to do:

• Full cycle of recruiting for office, service and line positions (production, technical, warehouse specialties);
• Post vacancies, work with job portals, social networks and candidate databases;
• Conduct initial telephone and online interviews;
• Work closely with the heads of production units;
• Ensure the necessary volume of hiring within the specified time frame.

Main requirements:

• You have experience in recruiting or sourcing (required);
• Preferably familiar with the search for production personnel;
• You easily adapt to changes and work with drive in a dynamic environment;
• You have strong communication skills and are able to work independently.
