Content designer in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

DTEK is the largest private national investor. The company invests in the development of the Ukrainian energy industry - it introduces innovative technologies, builds new capacities, develops new lines of business and modernizes production.

Main responsibilities:

• Creation of professional content (videos, social networks, infographics, animations) for online publications, presentations, printed and event materials in accordance with the process approvals and publications.

• Translate complex business concepts and data into clear, visually compelling stories that support the company's strategic communications goals.

• Maintain the visual identity of the DTEK brand in all materials and advise teams on its proper use.

• Initiate improvements in processes and visual content to increase involvement.

• Managing design projects from start to finish: from idea and prototyping to testing, feedback and final implementation (in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.).

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital, visual or content design preferably in corporate, technological or communication environment.

• Education in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Media or related areas.

• High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.

• Deep understanding of UX/UI, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), optimization of visual assets and working with files for various platforms.

• Experience in video editing and post-production for social networks, content adaptation for different formats.

• Ability to create visually coherent presentations in PowerPoint and Google Slides, using storytelling and information design.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Notion, Asana tools for collaboration and process management.

• Good sense of composition, color, typography and visual hierarchy.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and coordinate work with different teams.

• High attention to detail, accuracy and aesthetic taste.

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
