Formation and management of a stable pipeline of candidates with roles (Tech / Non-tech) directions; Conducting interviews to evaluate the profile of the candidate for compliance with requirements; Organization of interviews with hiring teams and support of candidates at all stages; Management transparent communication with candidates. Providing timely feedback and ensuring a positive Candidate Experience;Conducting final recruitment negotiations with both Hiring Managers and candidates;Reporting and updating statuses in the ATS / HRM system;Active participation in improving recruiting processes and building a positive company brand.Requirements:
- Practical experience in recruiting from 2 years;
- Ability to work with various search channels and build a pipeline;
- Experience in conducting interviews and assessing the candidate's profile by competencies;
- Negotiations and coordination of expectations with Hiring Managers and candidates;
- Experience with ATS/HRM systems;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Proficiency in English at a level no lower than Upper-Intermediate.
Would be an advantage:
- Experience in technical sourcing and direct involvement of rare technical talents (headhunting).
