Hiring Managers: withdrawal of job applications, approval of profiles, support of current statuses, management of expectations;

Formation and management of a stable pipeline of candidates with roles (Tech / Non-tech) directions;

Conducting interviews to evaluate the profile of the candidate for compliance with requirements;

Organization of interviews with hiring teams and support of candidates at all stages;

Management transparent communication with candidates. Providing timely feedback and ensuring a positive Candidate Experience;

Conducting final recruitment negotiations with both Hiring Managers and candidates;

Reporting and updating statuses in the ATS / HRM system;

Active participation in improving recruiting processes and building a positive company brand.

Requirements:

Practical experience in recruiting from 2 years;
Ability to work with various search channels and build a pipeline;
Experience in conducting interviews and assessing the candidate's profile by competencies;
Negotiations and coordination of expectations with Hiring Managers and candidates;
Experience with ATS/HRM systems;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Proficiency in English at a level no lower than Upper-Intermediate.

Would be an advantage:

Experience in technical sourcing and direct involvement of rare technical talents (headhunting).
