What qualities should the candidate have:

Professional education or courses.
• Confident user of MS Office programs; font-style: text-decoration: none">Analyze and structure information;
• Knowledge and fluency in Russian and Ukrainian. Knowledge of English or Romanian will be an advantage.

What do you do:

• Help of personnel document circulation

• Posting of open vacancies (Moldova/Ukraine/Romania)

• Periodic salary monitoring to update our offer on the labor market (Moldova/Ukraine/Romania)

• Search and selection of resumes from open vacancies (Moldova/Ukraine/Romania)

• Preparation for interviews with managers of units with open vacancies (Moldova/Ukraine/Romania)

• Conducting telephone interviews (before the interview with the manager) (Moldova/Ukraine/Romania)

• Processing incoming resumes and calls from open vacancies (Moldova/Ukraine/Romania)

• Report for managers on open vacancies, conducted interviews and work with resumes

• Maintenance of the candidate database.
