Recruiter in IT-reserved

IT-Reserved is a team of digital specialists that creates complex IT solutions for business. We work in 14 areas, in particular in the transport, tourism, energy and real estate sectors.

Our team includes 180+ specialists who implement projects of any complexity according to the client's needs.

We invite the cooperation of an energetic Recruiter, who will look for the best employees for various departments.

What you will do:

• work on Ukrainian and European job sites;
• search, test and use new search sources;
• work with department heads (receiving application for selection and further communication);
• develop a recruitment strategy (preparation, writing, or optimization of the text of vacancies, creating a search card);
• use non-standard tools (social networks, profile Telegram channels, recommendations, launch of advertising campaigns);
• form an internal personnel reserve;
• daily communicate and provide feedback to potential employees of the company;
• organize internal processing (support of the candidate from the interview to the first working day);
• implementation of the monthly KPI.

What you need to join us:

• experience of 1 year in the field of recruiting;
• love for conducting interviews and the ability to provide quality feedback based on their results;
• ability to work with case tasks during interviews or the desire to learn it;
• knowledge and skills of attracting candidates from various sources, not limited job sites;
• result orientation and the ability to work effectively in multitasking mode.
