"Lviv Isolation Company" is looking for an experienced and purposeful Recruiter to join its team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for the full cycle of recruiting, providing the manufacturing company with highly qualified personnel. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with production department managers to understand current and future staffing needs.
• Create detailed job descriptions for labor, technical and engineering positions.
• Using a variety of channels - from online platforms and social networks to working with vocational schools and employment centers - to attract candidates.
• Evaluating professional skills, experience, motivation and suitability of candidates to the company's corporate culture.
• Organization of candidate meetings with department heads, negotiations on working conditions and preparation of job offers (Job Offer).
• Maintenance of up-to-date information in the candidate tracking system (ATS).
• Monitoring trends in the labor market, salary levels and competitiveness of offers company.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who has the necessary skills and experience to successfully perform the duties:

• Experience as a recruiter will be an advantage. 
• Knowledge of the requirements and characteristics of working professions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to negotiate convincingly and build effective relationships.
• Experience using a variety of candidate sourcing tools and strategies.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple positions simultaneously, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Ability to achieve goals and close complex positions.
• Experience with ATS and office applications.
