Recruiter in Quantum Systems Ukraine

We are looking for a recruiter with experience in mass recruitment who will help to quickly and efficiently close vacancies in production — from labor specialties to technical personnel.

What you will do:

• Conduct a full recruitment cycle for production positions

• Post vacancies, work with job portals, social networks, databases

• Conduct initial interviews (telephone/online)

• Cooperate with managers divisions

• Ensure the planned volume of recruitment within the specified time

We expect:

• Experience in mass recruitment (preferably - production vacancies)

• Ability to work with a large flow of candidates and clearly set priorities

• Communication, proactivity, responsibility

• English B1+
