Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) is a modern educational and research hub that combines education, analytics, research and influence on public policy. We educate, analyze, implement changes in partnership with business, government and international organizations. The KSE team is more than 600 specialists, dozens of projects and a common goal: the development of Ukraine through knowledge, data and institutional capacity.

We are actively growing: only recently, several new colleagues have joined the recruiting team and this forward movement continues. 
In connection with the expansion, we are looking for a recruiterwho will help us find strong people and together with us form a team that creates change through education, leadership and talent development.

What will be in your area of responsibility:

• Full recruiting cycle: from creating a job description to creating a job offer.

• Support of all stages of selection: coordination, feedback, collection of recommendations.

• Management of candidate database and support of quality communication with potential colleagues.

• Optimization of selection processes and implementation of new solutions for talent attraction.

For this role important:

• Have experience in recruiting from 2 years.

• Own modern candidate search and sourcing tools (Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).

• Be ready to work at a fast pace and manage 5+ vacancies in parallel.

• Able to work effectively with different categories of positions — from teachers and researchers to administrative and managerial roles.

• Have a high level of self-organization, time management and prioritization skills.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills and focus on quality candidate experience.

• Confidently use LinkedIn, ATS systems and others HR tools.
