Main duties:

• Search, selection and attraction of candidates for various company vacancies.
• Conduct interviews and evaluation of candidates based on the results of interviews.
• Compilation and publication of job announcements on various platforms.
• Interaction with managers to determine personnel needs.
• Participation in the formation of a positive image of the company as an employer.
• Maintenance of a candidate database and recruitment reports.

Requirements:

• Ability to work with various sources of candidate search.
• Communication, organization and focus on results.
• Willingness to learn and develop in the field of HR.
• Willingness to work in a team.
