"Lviv Isolation Company" is looking for an experienced and purposeful Recruiter to join its team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for the full cycle of recruiting, providing the manufacturing company with highly qualified personnel. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Needs analysis: Work closely with production department managers to understand current and future staffing needs.

• Development of job profiles: Create detailed job descriptions for labor, technical and engineering positions.

• Active sourcing (sourcing): Use of various channels - from online platforms and social networks to cooperation with vocational schools and employment centers - to attract candidates.

• Conducting interviews: Assessment of professional skills, experience, motivation and suitability of candidates to the company's corporate culture.

• Coordination of the hiring process: Organization of meetings of candidates with department heads, conducting negotiations on working conditions and preparation of job offers (Job Offer).

• Database maintenance: Maintaining up-to-date information in the candidate tracking system (ATS).

• Labor market analysis: Monitoring labor market trends, salary levels and competitiveness of company offers.

Requirements

We we are looking for a candidate who has the necessary skills and experience to successfully perform the duties:

• Experience as a recruiter: Mandatory experience in the field of recruiting, preferably with an emphasis on attracting production, technical or engineering specialists.

• Understanding production specifics: In-depth knowledge of the requirements and characteristics of workers professions.

• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to negotiate persuasively and build effective relationships.

• Sourcing Skills: Experience using a variety of candidate sourcing tools and strategies.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively manage multiple vacancies at the same time, set priorities and meet deadlines.

• Result orientation: Ability to achieve set goals and close complex vacancies.

• Confident PC skills: Experience with ATS and office programs.
