We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Pet care) to become an important part of our team and be responsible for creating the best customer experience.
Main tasks in this role:
- Provide advice to users on training, behavior and dog care via chats and email;
- Provide personalized and prompt service to solve our users' requests;
our product, to motivate the use of content on the platform;
— Collecting customer feedback to improve our products and services.
What is important to us:
— English level Upper Intermediate English (B2+);
— Veterinary education, experience working with animals, understanding their behavior and psychology. Relevant certificates will be an advantage;
— Deep understanding of customer needs and desire to help them achieve their goals;
— Strong empathy and ability to communicate effectively with customers;
— Flexibility to work in a flexible schedule (including night shifts - up to 6 nights per month);
— Typing speed in English at least 30-40 words per minute;
— Advanced PC and software skills provision;
— Interest in the basics of dog behavior, training methods. Love for animals.
Desirable, but not necessary:
— Experience in customer support, sales, customer retention or simply in customer service;
— Knowledge and experience of working with CRM systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk or others);
— Ability to adapt to constructive feedback and the ability to provide such feedback.
