Recruiter in FRUKTOV GRUP, TOV

The company "Fruktov" has many years of experience as a supplier of food products to budget organizations and in the field of retail trade. We are looking for a responsible and energetic personnel manager/single recruiter to join our team who will help our team grow and develop!

Main responsibilities:

• Attracting and recruiting personnel for various divisions of the company.
• Working with job portals, social networks, recommendations.
• Market monitoring
• Conducting effective interviews with candidates, assessing their skills and experience.
• Developing and implementing the company's personnel policy, including hiring, retention and development processes.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and working conditions.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position position for at least 1 year.
• Higher education, major in HR or psychology preferred.
• Ability to effectively conduct interviews and evaluate candidates.
• High communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment jobs.
