Assistant system administrator in SWISS KRONO

The international company SWISS KRONO, a leader in the production and sale of chipboards (OSB, chipboard and countertops) on the territory of Ukraine, is looking for a young, active person in its team for the position of Assistant System Administrator.

From you we expect

• Knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, GNU/Debian (optional), Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025 (AD, GPO, DNS)
• Experience with HP, DELL server hardware (optional)
• Cisco Catalyst IOS and HPE Aruba network switches (port configuration change)
• FortiGate network screens (optional)
• Basic knowledge of MS SQL 2012 administration
• Product knowledge - VMware vCenter and VMware ESXI (optional)
• Product knowledge - Veeam Backup (optional)
• Configuring Dahua video cameras (optional)
• Ability to take responsibility for your work, listen, hear and explain complex things in simple words
• Availability of analytical and critical thinking
• Ability to diagnose the causes of software and hardware malfunctions
• Knowledge and ability to set up and ensure information security (optional)
• Configuring wireless equipment: Ubiquity, Cisco (optional)
• Maintenance of a fleet of 150 workers or more stations
• Ability to work in JIRA, Confluence and Drawio is welcome (optional)

What tasks you will have to work with:

• User support. Setting up access and accounts to the company's resources
• Technical support and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure
• Setting up printers, MFPs, organizational work on service and refueling
• Ability to maintain the Zabbix and Cisco Prime monitoring system (optional)
• Organization of timely repair of equipment + work with warranty cases and service
• Organizational work - work with suppliers (ordering computer equipment, ordering consumables and spare parts)
• Development of a proposal for its development and improvement
• Monitoring the installation of equipment by specialists of third-party organizations

Our company's office is located in Kamyanka-Buzka (40 km from the city center. Lviv).

Working schedule: from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.

Transfer from Lviv to work and back is carried out by a comfortable bus at the company's expense. Departure from the center at 07:00.
