What are the duties:

• Full cycle of recruiting;
• Creation of a candidate search strategy taking into account the specifics of the region, requirements for vacancies and the candidate's portrait;
• Determining optimal search paths, finding non-standard and effective solutions;
• Timely closing of vacancies of various complexity (with the necessary level of competences and taking into account the company's values);
• Working with various sources to ensure the greatest coverage of potential candidates (job sites, social networks, etc.);
• Maintenance of the internal database of candidates;
• Adaptation of personnel (welcom trainings and control completion of the adaptation program);
• Formation of monthly reporting on recruiting metrics.

• work experience: from 2 years of work in recruiting (preferred);
• experience of the full cycle of recruiting from application to acceptance and adaptation of a specialist;
• proactivity and initiative;
• orientation on results, speed and multitasking.
