The IWIS company is looking for a part-time specialist, focusing on the following experience requirements:

• Experience of a full cycle of recruiting or sourcing from half a year (preferably with IT vacancies);
• Knowledge of soft skills assessment methodologies and metaprograms;
• Experience of cold search for candidates (X -ray, Boolean search) on different platforms;
• Strong analytical skills, the ability to draw conclusions and argue the decisions made;
• Free command of the Ukrainian language.

Your duties:

• Initial stages of searching for specialists - application analysis, job description creation, CV screening, communication with candidates;
• Cold search for candidates on LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.;
• Transferring candidates to HRG for analysis of their compliance with job requirements;
• Coordinating and organizing candidate interviews with HRG and company management;
• Supporting candidates at all stages of interviews;
• Conducting job analytics and candidates.

If the work is successful, transition to a full cycle of recruiting and preparing them for onboarding.
