Key tasks:

• active search and selection of personnel for the Bank's contact center;
• interaction with internal customers: removing the position profile, providing feedback, supporting the adaptation process of "newcomers";
• participation in HR projects of the Bank;
• monitoring and analysis of the labor market.

Experience and qualifications:

• higher education;
• successful recruitment experience;
• experience in staff adaptation and assessment;
• ability to work with professional social networks;
• excellent knowledge of modern methods of attracting personnel;
• professional qualities: flexibility in communication, independence, ability to be effective in multitasking mode.
