Your duties will include:

• full cycle of personnel recruitment (production, office, branded salons);
• processing of requests from the heads of departments to search for an employee;
• formation of texts and visuals of vacancies, announcements;
• posting vacancies in relevant search sources (job search sites, telegram/viber, social networks, etc.);
• reception and processing of incoming calls and feedback from candidates, conducting a direct search for candidates, using various communication channels and attracting new search sources;
• conducting the initial interview and selection of candidates, organizing the next stages of selection with department heads.
