Requirements for the candidate:

- Processing of recruitment applications;
- Formulation of announcements regarding the search for personnel and their placement on web resources;
- Analysis of online platforms and organization of cooperation with the administrators of these resources;< /li>
- Searching for new channels to attract applicants;
- Calling candidates - both cold search and reviews;
- Conducting telephone and in-person interviews;
- Closing of vacancies in the established terms;
- Maintenance of candidate database;
- Maintenance of job reporting.
